Spring 2026 Season Info
Pre Season: U10(3rd/4th grade) - U14(7th/8th grade)
- 8 Indoor Practices at the Hudson Valley Sportsdome
- Dates: Wednesdays starting February 4th (Feb. 4th - Mar. 25th)
- Time: 7pm - 8pm
- Location: 240 Milton Turnpike, Milton, NY 12547
Regular Season: U8(K-2nd grade) - U14(7th/8th grade)
- Early April - Early June
- Home games played at Stringham Park
- Practice Times & Dates: TBD
- 8-10 scheduled games/tournaments
Coaches will be in touch prior with a start date for your player's age level.
Registration Fees
Spring Registration Fees:
U8 (K-2nd grade): $150
U10 (3rd/4th grade): $300
U12 (5th/6th grade): $300
U14 (7th/8th grade): $200
USA Lacrosse memberships are required for all players (annual fee $35/year, independent of ALLC registration fees).
Goalies: email for a discount code for a $50 registration discount if you player's primary position is goalie.
Equipment
U8-U14: Full-sized sticks, goggles, and mouth guard are required.
Equipment loaner program: All required equipment (except cleats and mouth guard) are available for seasonal loan at no expense. Please email us to inquire about the loaner program.
Note on Team Distribution
If registration numbers dictate more than one team at any age level, registrants will be equally distributed prior to the start of the season by the head coaches and Girls Director. All families will be informed of which team their daughter is participating on via email prior to the start of the season (if necessary).
